A detailed usage guide for working with SwiftVid in a smooth, stable, and collaborative way.
Overview
SwiftVid is a creative platform focused on helping users turn ideas into images and videos quickly.
This page explains how the product is expected to be used in daily workflows, written in plain language.
The goal is simple: keep creation fast, keep behavior respectful, and keep the platform stable for everyone.
Account and Access
- Use a valid account email and keep your login access private.
- Do not share your account with unknown or unauthorized users.
- If you notice unusual activity, contact support immediately.
- If a sign-in session expires, re-authenticate through the normal login flow.
Content and Prompt Expectations
SwiftVid is designed for constructive creative work, product ideation, storytelling, visual prototyping, and related use cases.
Prompts should stay clear, specific, and aligned with responsible use so model outputs remain high quality and useful.
- Prefer original ideas, original assets, and clear prompt intent.
- Avoid abusive usage patterns that reduce service quality for others.
- Avoid automated spam traffic or repeated task flooding.
- Keep generated media and prompts aligned with normal product usage.
Generation and Queue Behavior
Generation tasks run through shared infrastructure and may queue during busy periods.
Processing speed can vary by model type, selected settings, and live demand levels.
- A task can take longer when advanced models or longer durations are selected.
- If a task fails, retrying with adjusted parameters is usually the fastest path.
- Recent history can be used to re-run or iterate on previous outputs.
Credits and Plan Usage
Credits are consumed based on model choice, output type, output count, and generation settings.
Plan and quota information is shown directly in product UI areas where generation happens.
- Check available balance before running high-volume tasks.
- Use model settings intentionally to avoid unnecessary credit spend.
- If your workflow needs higher throughput, upgrade to a higher plan.
Uploads and Inputs
Reference-image and media uploads are supported for multiple workflows.
Uploads should be relevant to your generation intent and formatted correctly for best results.
- Use clean, readable source assets whenever possible.
- If an upload fails, re-upload and retry from the same flow.
- Large files may take additional time depending on network conditions.
Model Availability
SwiftVid integrates multiple model providers and generation capabilities.
Model menus, controls, and default settings can evolve over time as quality improves.
- Some models may be temporarily limited during peak traffic.
- New models can be added and legacy options can be adjusted.
- UI labels may be updated to keep naming consistent and clear.
Product Updates
The product is actively iterated to improve speed, output quality, and workflow consistency.
As part of this process, page layout, controls, defaults, and model mapping can change.
- Existing core workflows remain the priority during updates.
- Visual refinements and responsive updates may be released continuously.
- Feedback is used directly to decide what ships next.
Support and Communication
Questions, support requests, and feature suggestions are welcome.
Messages with clear context usually receive the fastest and most useful response.
